To schedule a wedding in the Painesville
Municipal Court, you must first obtain a marriage license. For information

Painesville Municipal Court costs are $25
At least one of the parties must reside within the Painesville Municipal
Court’s jurisdiction:

- Fairport Harbor Village
- Grand River Village
- Leroy Township
- Madison Township
- Madison Village
- North Perry Village
- Painesville City
- Painesville Township
- Perry Township
- Perry Village
To schedule a wedding, please call (440) 392-5875 during the
hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday or email Diane
Armstrong at
darmstrong@pmcourt.com. Weddings are scheduled Tuesday or
Thursday @10:45 am in our court room.
